We want you to love your Superga sneakers, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place your unworn sneakers in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
